This privacy policy establishes the use of the information collected by the mobile application “WAIA”, developed by UNTDF and administered by the Secretary of Tourism of Ushuaia.

What information does the application receive and how is it used?
Information provided by the user:
The application does not require user registration, personal data will not be obtained through the application. To download, the user must have an account in the Google Play Store.
When user authorizes the application to provide usage information, it will be anonymous and used only for statistical purposes and to improve future versions.

Does the app get accurate, real-time information about the device?
The application does not collect accurate real-time information from the device’s location. The use of the rear camera of the device is used exclusively for the reading of codes and visualization of digital elements.

Can third parties gain access to information gained by the application?
Yes We may share information provided by you or obtained automatically in the following cases:

· When we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or in response to a request from the government.
